To provide a cutter head capable of achieving a sufficient insulation.SOLUTION: A cutter head for cutting a cut material to which a voltage is applied by a power supplied from a driving source, comprises: a metal cutting blade 22 having a blade part 22a and a non-blade part 22b communicated with the blade part 22a; and insulation parts 23 and 24 holding the non-blade part 22b. Preferably, in the cutter head, the metal cutting blade 22 is formed in a plate shape, and both surfaces of the non-blade part 22b are nipped by the insulation parts 23 and 24.
