Zusammenfassung:To provide a manufacturing method for a thinned vinyl chloride fiber and a thinned vinyl chloride melt-spun fiber, using a melt-spinning device.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the vinyl chloride fiber uses the melt-spinning device comprising: a spinneret that spins a yarn; a heating part having a heating space that heats the yarn; and a heat insulation part having a heat insulation space arranged between the spinneret and the heating part. The manufacturing method comprises the step of: spinning a melted and kneaded product of a resin composition containing a vinyl chloride resin, a pigment, and at least 8 pts.mass of a plasticizer based on 100 pts.mass of the vinyl chloride resin from the spinneret and spinning the yarn; passing the spun yarn through the heat insulation space of the heat insulation part; and setting a temperature of the heating part to 340°C or higher and heating the yarn passed through the heat insulation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】溶融紡糸装置を用いて、細繊度化された塩化ビニル系繊維の製造方法、及び細繊度化された塩化ビニル系溶融紡糸繊維を提供する。【解決手段】 糸条を紡出する口金と、糸条を加熱する加熱空間を有する加熱部と、前記口金と前記加熱部との間に設置された、断熱空間を有する断熱部と、を備える溶融紡糸装置を用いる、塩化ビニル系繊維の製造方法であって、塩化ビニル系樹脂、顔料、及び前記塩化ビニル系樹脂100質量部に対して8質量部以上の可塑剤を含む樹脂組成物の溶融混練物を前記口金から紡出して、糸条を紡出する工程と、紡出された前記糸条を、断熱部の前記断熱空間に通過させる工程と、前記加熱部の温度を340℃以上に設定して、断熱部を通過した前記糸条を加熱する工程と、を含む、製造方法を用いる。【選択図】図1
