To provide a sticking sheet easily used repeatedly, and a base material for the sticking sheet.SOLUTION: A sticking sheet for sticking an object to be stuck on a sticking target, comprises: a sheet-like base material; and a sticking portion including a sticking surface that can be stuck to the sticking target or the object to be stuck, and installed on one surface and the other surface of the base material. The base material includes an installation portion on which the sticking portion is provided, and an extension portion that is extended from the installation portion in a surface direction.
