Zusammenfassung: | To provide a lens unit, a camera module, an onboard system and moving vehicle, and a method for assembling the lens unit for ensuring that airtightness failure will not occur due to the insufficient filling of a sealant that seals a gap between a lens barrel and an optical element so as to shut off an ingress path of water vapor into the inside of the lens barrel.SOLUTION: In a lens unit 11 according to the present invention, a sealant 70 is filled between the outer circumference of a lens 18 that is located close to the image side than an inter-lens space and the inner circumference of a lens barrel 12 so as to shut off a gas circulation path leading to the inside of the inter-lens space. The lens 18 involved in shutting off the gas circulation path by the sealant 70 is a resin molding and has a gate cut part 18c that is left on the outer circumference as a gate mark having been cut off by a gate cut after molding. An inner circumferential region of the lens barrel 12 that is filled with the sealant 70 between the lens 18 and itself and that faces the gate cut part 18c forms a complementary shape part 12A extending along the shape of the gate cut part 18c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鏡筒内への水蒸気の侵入経路を遮断するように鏡筒と光学要素との間を封止する封止材の充填不足による気密不良が生じないようにするレンズユニット、カメラモジュール、車載システムおよび移動体、並びに、レンズユニット組み立て方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のレンズユニット11において、レンズ間空間よりも像側に位置されるレンズ18の外周と鏡筒12の内周との間にはレンズ間空間内へと向かう気体流通経路を遮断するように封止する封止材70が充填され、封止材70による気体流通経路の遮断に関与するレンズ18は、樹脂成形品であるとともに、成形後のゲートカットにより切り取られた状態のゲート跡として外周に残されるゲートカット部18cを有し、レンズ18との間に封止材70が充填されてゲートカット部18cと対向する鏡筒12の内周部位は、ゲートカット部18cの形状に沿うように延在する相補形状部12Aを形成している。【選択図】図2 |
