MOBILE STATION AND LOCAL BASE STATION

To provide a mobile station and a local base station that can be quickly connected to a public base station.SOLUTION: A mobile station 101-i is communicable with a first public base station connected to a public network and a local base station connected to a closed network, and comprises: a storage unit 141-i that stores first base station information on the first public base station connected with the mobile station; a control unit 111-i; and communication units 121-i and 131-i. The control unit cuts off the connection with the first public base station at a predetermined opportunity during the connection with the first public base station, and connects to the local base station. The communication unit transmits the first base station information to the local base station, and receives peripheral base station information including the first base station information from the local base station.
