Zusammenfassung: | To provide a composite product manufacturing method by which a joint strength of parts, from which a tool for friction stir welding is pulled out, is improved compared to conventional one.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a case 10 with lid, after a probe 52 moves from a starting point S to an end point F of joined parts of a case body 30 and a lid body 20 in order to perform friction stir welding, the probe is folded back at the end point F and is gradually pulled out while moving in a reverse direction in a friction stir welded part 40. Therefore, a pull-out hole of the probe 52 on a joint line 40 becomes shallower compared to conventional one or disappears, partial decrease in joint strength is suppressed, and reliability of a seal at a blocked portion of an opening 32K in the case 10 with lid is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】摩擦攪拌接合用のツールが引き抜かれた部分の接合強度が従来よりも向上した複合製品の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本実施形態の蓋付ケース10の製造方法では、摩擦撹拌接合を行うためにプローブ52が、ケース本体30及び蓋体20の被接合部の始点Sから終点Fまで移動した後、終点Fで折り返して摩擦攪拌接合部40内を逆方向に移動しながら徐々に引き抜かれるので、接合ライン40におけるプローブ52の引抜孔が従来より浅くなるか無くなり、部分的な接合強度の低下が抑えられると共に、蓋付ケース10のうち開口32Kの閉塞部分のシールの信頼性が向上する。【選択図】図5 |
