Zusammenfassung:	To provide a moisture content measuring device capable of precisely measuring the moisture content of dehydrated sludge regardless of changes in the measurement environment.SOLUTION: A moisture content measuring device is a device for measuring the moisture content of sludge, which has a processor and a memory. The device includes: an optical sensor that measures optical information by irradiating the sludge with light; a temperature sensor that measures temperature information; a moisture sensor that measures moisture information; and a regression arithmetic unit that calculates the moisture content of the sludge using a preset regression model using at least one or more of the optical information, the temperature information, and the moisture information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】計測環境の変動にかかわらず脱水汚泥の含水率を高精度で計測することを目的とする。【解決手段】プロセッサとメモリを有して汚泥の含水率を計測する含水率計測装置であって、前記汚泥に光を照射して光学情報を計測する光学センサと、温度情報を計測する温度センサと、湿度情報を計測する湿度センサと、前記光学情報と前記温度情報及び湿度情報のうちの少なくとも１以上を用いて予め設定された回帰モデルから前記汚泥の含水率を算出する回帰演算部と、を有する。【選択図】図１
