A holding plate 4A is arranged to face the thyristors 1A to 1C with the input electrode 7 in between. A holding plate 4B is arranged to face the thyristors 1A to 1C with the output electrode 8 in between. An insulating plate 5 is arranged on the side of the holding plate 4B with respect to the output electrode 8. Rods 6A and 6B extend in the axial direction and connect the holding plates 4A and 4B. A hydraulic bellows 3 is inserted between the insulating plate 5 and the holding plate 4B, and can be expanded and contracted in the axial direction by being supplied with fluid thereinto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】保持部材間に配置された部材と容易かつ好適に保持可能な半導体スタック及び電源装置を提供する。【解決手段】入力電極7及び出力電極8は、サイリスタ1A~1Cを挟み込むように、軸方向に離隔して配置される。保持板4Aは、入力電極7を挟んでサイリスタ1A~1Cと対向するように配置される。保持板4Bは、出力電極8を挟んでサイリスタ1A~1Cと対向するように配置される。絶縁板5は、出力電極8に対して保持板4Bの側に配置される。ロッド6A及び6Bは、軸方向に延在し、保持板4Aと保持板4Bとの間を連結する。油圧ベローズ3は、絶縁板5と保持板4Bとの間に挿入され、内部に流体が供給されることで、軸方向に伸縮可能である。【選択図】図1 |
