To provide a semiconductor stack and a power supply device that can be easily and suitably held with a member disposed between holding members.SOLUTION: An input electrode 7 and an output electrode 8 are arranged apart from each other in the axial direction so as to sandwich thyristors 1A to 1C. A holding plate 4A is arranged to face the thyristors 1A to 1C with the input electrode 7 in between. A holding plate 4B is arranged to face the thyristors 1A to 1C with the output electrode 8 in between. An insulating plate 5 is arranged on the side of the holding plate 4B with respect to the output electrode 8. Rods 6A and 6B extend in the axial direction and connect the holding plates 4A and 4B.
