Zusammenfassung: | To efficiently separate gas.SOLUTION: A gas separator 10 comprises: a separation module 1 that has a separation membrane selectively permeating a specific component in mixed gas, and in which an internal space is partitioned into a first space and a second space by the separation membrane; a supply line L1 that supplies the mixed gas with a first predetermined pressure to the first space; a vacuum pump 3; and a recovery line L2 for recovering permeation gas whose pressure is reduced to a second predetermined pressure with one end connected to the second space and the other end connected to the vacuum pump 3, and which passes through the separation membrane. The second predetermined pressure is determined such that a product of the concentration of the specific component in the permeation gas and the pump efficiency of the vacuum pump 3 becomes maximum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】効率よくガスを分離する。【解決手段】ガス分離装置10は、混合ガス中の特定の成分を選択的に透過させる分離膜を有し、内部空間が分離膜により第1空間と第2空間とに仕切られた分離モジュール1と、第1空間に第1所定圧の混合ガスを供給する供給ラインL1と、真空ポンプ3と、一端が第2空間に接続されるとともに他端が真空ポンプ3に接続されることで第2所定圧まで減圧され、分離膜を透過した透過ガスを回収する回収ラインL2と、を備える。第2所定圧は、透過ガス中の特定の成分の濃度と真空ポンプ3のポンプ効率との積が最大となるように定められる。【選択図】図7 |
