To install a power storage element unit at an appropriate position while hiding a wire connected to a power storage element module.SOLUTION: A decorative panel 30 comprises: a top panel 40 spreading in a first direction DA and a second direction DB which is non-parallel with the first direction DA; a first side panel 50 extending downward from any one of edges 20a and 20b of the top panel 40 in the first direction DA; and a second side panel 60 extending downward from any one of edges 20c and 20d of the top panel 40 in the second direction DB. At least any one side panel between the first side panel 50 and the second side panel 60 is attachable to/detachable from the top panel 40 and the other side panel in such a manner that this side panel can extend downward from the one edge opposite to the other edge of the top panel 40 extending downward.
