MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CERAMIC CASTING MOLDED BODY, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CERAMIC CASTING MOLDED SINTERED BODY, AND CERAMIC CASTING MOLDED SINTERED BODY

To provide: a method for simply manufacturing a ceramic casting molded body or a ceramic casting molded sintered body having high density and small dimensional and density variations; and a ceramic casting molded sintered body having a small porosity and a uniform distribution of pores.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a ceramic casting molded body includes the steps of: preparing a slurry containing at least an inorganic powder and a solvent; preparing a cast molding device having a tank having a side wall at least partially made of a liquid absorbing member, a bottom part made of a non-liquid absorbing member, and a discharge port provided in the bottom part, injecting the slurry into the tank after closing the discharge port, thereby depositing the inorganic powder onto the liquid absorbing member to produce a thickness layer; opening the discharge port after producing the thickness layer and discharging the rest of the slurry from the tank; and removing the thickness layer from the tank after discharging the rest of the slurry, thereby obtaining a ceramic casting molded body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】密度が高いとともに、寸法バラツキ及び密度バラツキの小さいセラミック鋳込み成形体やセラミック鋳込み成形焼結体を簡易な手法で製造する方法を提供すること。また空隙率が小さく且つその分布が均一なセラミック鋳込み成形焼結体を提供すること。【解決手段】少なくとも無機粉末と溶媒とを含むスラリーを準備する工程、少なくとも一部が吸液部材で構成された側壁、非吸液部材で構成された底部、及び前記底部に設けられた排出口を備える槽を有する鋳込み成形装置を準備し、前記排出口を閉じた後に前記スラリーを前記槽に注入し、それにより前記吸液部材に前記無機粉末を堆積させて着肉層を作製する工程、着肉層を作製後に前記排出口を開けて前記スラリーの残部を前記槽から排出する工程、及びスラリーの残部を排出した後に前記着肉層を前記槽から取り出し、それによりセラミック鋳込み成形体を得る工程、を有する、セラミック鋳込み成形体の製造方法。【選択図】図２
