CONTAINER STACK GRIPPING DEVICE AND CONTAINER STACK CONVEYING METHOD

To provide a container stack gripping device and a container stack conveying method capable of stably gripping container stacks having different outer diameters and suppressing damaging and recessing of containers.SOLUTION: This container stack gripping device comprises: at least three rod-like members abuttable against the side surface of a container stack in which a plurality of containers are stacked; at least three arm members provided corresponding to the three rod-like members to support the rod-like members; a base plate supporting the arm members in a rotatable manner; and driving means for synchronizing and interlocking the three arm members with one another.
