REPLACEMENT TIME CALCULATION SYSTEM AND REPLACEMENT TIME CALCULATION METHOD

To provide a replacement time calculation system and replacement time calculation method capable of grasping replacement records and a remaining state of a consumable of a vehicle of a customer who has defected from a dealer and left the dealer for a competitor company and calculating the next consumables replacement time.SOLUTION: A consumables replacement time calculation system comprises: a travel distance acquisition section that acquires travel distance by turning the ignition of a moving body on or off; a consumables wear degree grasping section that grasps a wear state of a consumable included in the moving body; an average distance calculation section that calculates an average value of the travel distance between two adjacent restorations to an initial value when a value of data from the consumables wear degree grasping section has been restored to the initial value a plurality of times; and a replacement time distance calculation section that calculates consumables replacement time by dividing total distance traveled by the moving body by the number of times of the data from the consumables wear degree grasping section having been restored to the initial value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】販売店に対して離反して競合他社へ流出した顧客の車両の消耗部品の交換実績や残存状況が把握でき、次回の消耗部品の交換時期を算出することが可能な交換時算出システム及び交換時算出方法を提供すること。【解決手段】移動体のイグニッションをオン又はオフにすることにより走行距離を取得する走行距離取得部と、移動体に備える消耗部品の消耗状態を把握する消耗部品消耗度把握部と、消耗部品消耗度把握部からのデータの値が初期値へ複数回復帰した場合に、隣接する２つの初期値への復帰の間における走行距離の平均値を算出する平均距離算出部と、移動体の走行した総距離と、消耗部品消耗度把握部からのデータの値が初期値へ復帰した回数とを除算することにより、消耗部品の交換時期を算出する交換時距離算出部と、を備える消耗部品の交換時算出システムである。【選択図】図３
