Zusammenfassung:To provide a refrigerator capable of stably bringing an object to be stored into a supper cooling state.SOLUTION: A refrigerator according to the present disclosure comprises: at least one storage compartment including a storage space capable of accommodating and cooling a preserved object; a cooling unit for cooling the storage space and the preserved object; an oscillation electrode provided in the storage space; an opposing electrode provided in the storage space and opposing the oscillation electrode; a high-frequency electric field forming unit for forming a high-frequency electric field to be applied between the oscillation electrode and the opposing electrode, to emit a high frequency onto the preserved object; and a control unit for controlling the cooling unit and the high-frequency electric field forming unit, wherein the control unit performs control to emit the high frequency onto the preserved object while cooling the preserved object, and after the preserved object has reached a supercooled state, stop the emission of the high frequency onto the preserved object while continuing to cool the preserved object, to allow a phase change of the preserved object to proceed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】保存物を安定して過冷却状態とすることのできる冷蔵庫を提供する。【解決手段】本開示の冷蔵庫は、保存物を収納可能で冷却可能な貯蔵空間を有する少なくとも1つの貯蔵室と、貯蔵空間と保存物とを冷却する冷却部と、貯蔵空間に設けられた発振電極と、発振電極に対向し、貯蔵空間に設けられた対向電極と、発振電極と対向電極との間に印加する高周波電界を形成して保存物に高周波を照射する高周波電界形成部と、冷却部と、高周波電界形成部と、を制御する制御部と、を備え、制御部は、保存物を冷却しつつ保存物に高周波を照射して、保存物が過冷却状態となった後に、保存物の冷却を継続しつつ保存物への高周波の照射を停止して、保存物の相変化を進行させる。【選択図】図5
