To provide a rotatably switchable shower device which can reduce the operation force required for switching a water discharge form.SOLUTION: A shower device comprises: an upstream side part which provides an upstream side channel; a spray part which has a first spray channel and a second spray channel; a rotation operation part for switching a plurality of water discharge forms; a switching valve member which rotates at least between the first rotation position and the second rotation position relative to the upstream side part in a cover member in an interlocked manner with the rotation operation in the rotation operation part; and a packing member which seals the switching valve member in a slidable and rotatable manner relative to the upstream side part. The switching valve member comprises: a first downstream side channel which communicates to the upstream side channel when being at the first rotation position; and a second downstream side channel which communicates to the upstream side channel when being at the second rotation position.
