Zusammenfassung:To provide a composite cutting tool which can cut even a thick workpiece without failures, and a method for simply manufacturing a resin sheet with high efficiency using the composite cutting tool.SOLUTION: A composite cutting tool 20 has: a body 22 rotating around a rotary shaft 21; cutting blades 23 which are provided on the outer peripheral part of the body 22, and have blade edges 23a, rack faces 23b, and escape faces 23c; and polishing parts 24 which are provided as projections having file-like faces at parts of the escape faces 23c of the cutting blades 23.
