To make a packaging bag difficult to tear.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a packaging bag 1 in which an opening 2 is provided in the upper portion, and a front side sheet portion 3 and a back side sheet portion 4 are integrated into each other at both ends in the width direction and at the lower end, and the packaging bag 1 is provided with: a pair of gusset portions 5, 5 which are provided at both ends in the width direction and have a four-layer constitution in a folded state folded in a valley shape along a line F extending in the vertical direction; and a seal portion 6 in which the front side sheet portion 3 and the back side sheet portion 4 are integrated into each other along a seal line extending in the width direction and the four layers constituting the pair of gusset portions 5, 5 are integrated at both ends in the width direction.
