Zusammenfassung: | To provide a continuous temperature measurement monitoring technique of installing an imaging unit such as a camera at a position where a molten metal surface in a facility can be imaged in a molten metal holding facility and continuously measuring the temperature of a molten metal from luminance information of an image obtained by imaging the molten metal surface.SOLUTION: A temperature measurement monitoring device of a molten metal which is installed in a facility that holds the molten metal and can measure the temperature of the molten metal and monitor the state in the facility, comprises: an imaging unit which is positioned on the upper side of the monitoring imaging hole of the facility and captures an image of a molten metal surface in the facility through a monitoring imaging hole; a rotary disk which is positioned on the lower side of the monitoring imaging hole and has a slit that rotates at a fixed rotational speed; a control unit which controls timing at which the imaging unit captures an image of the molten metal surface and the rotational speed of the rotary disk; and a calculation unit which calculates the temperature of the molten metal surface on the basis of the image of the molten metal surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】溶融金属保持設備において設備内の溶融金属湯面が撮影可能となる位置にカメラ等の撮像部を設置し、溶融金属湯面を撮影して得られる画像の輝度情報から溶融金属の温度を連続的に測定する連続測温監視技術を提供すること。【解決手段】溶融金属を保持する設備に設置され、溶融金属の温度の測定と当該設備内の状態を監視することができる溶融金属の測温監視装置であって、前記設備の監視撮像孔の上方に位置しており前記監視撮像孔を通じて前記設備内の溶融金属湯面の画像を取得する撮像部と前記監視撮像孔の下方に位置しており一定の回転速度で回転するスリットを有する回転盤と前記撮像部が前記溶融金属湯面の画像を取得するタイミングと前記回転盤の回転速度とを制御する制御部と前記溶融金属湯面の画像に基づいて前記溶融金属湯面の温度を算出する算出部とを備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
