Zusammenfassung:To provide an intermediate transfer belt that is excellent in transfer efficiency and cleaning properties.SOLUTION: An intermediate transfer belt is formed of a single-layer resin layer or a laminate having the resin layer as an outermost surface layer. The arithmetic average surface height Sa of a surface of the resin layer is 0.005 μm or more and 0.020 μm or less. The maximum height Sz of the surface of the resin layer is 0.050 μm or more and 0.200 μm or less.
