Zusammenfassung:To provide an injection control system allowing time necessary to inject injection material to be remarkably reduced when injecting the injection material in a same injection hole in the natural ground with a plurality of injection pumps.SOLUTION: An injection control system is provided with: a plurality of injection pumps 23 of a pump unit 2 injecting injection material in a same injection hole 101 in the natural ground 100; flow rate detection parts 27 correspondingly arranged on the injection pumps 23, respectively; and a distribution control device 1 for calculating an integrated injection amount of each of the injection pumps 23 based on a continuous detected flow rate of the flow rate detection part 27 corresponding to each of the injection pump 23, increasing the injection amount of the injection pump 23 where the integrated injection amount of the injection material is more than a predetermined injection amount as well as reducing the injection amount of the injection pump 23 where the integrated injection amount of the injection material is lower than the predetermined injection amount to control injection operation of the injection pump 23 to be operated closer to an injection termination time of all of the pumps 23 of the pump unit 2 during the injection operation of the injection material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】複数の注入ポンプで地山の同一の注入孔に注入材を注入する際に、注入材の注入に要する時間を大幅に短縮することができる。【解決手段】地山100の同一の注入孔101に注入材を注入する複数のポンプユニット2の注入ポンプ23と、注入ポンプ23に対応して設けられた流量検出部27と、各々の注入ポンプ23に対応する流量検出部27の継続的な検出流量に基づき各々の注入ポンプ23の積算注入量を算出し、注入材の注入動作の途中で、注入材の積算注入量が予定注入量超である注入ポンプ23の注入量を増加させると共に、注入材の積算注入量が予定注入量未満である注入ポンプ23の注入量を減少させ、全てのポンプユニット2の注入ポンプ23の注入終了時刻が近づくように注入ポンプ23の注入動作を制御する分配制御装置1を備える注入制御システム。【選択図】図5
