BLACK PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION, CURED PRODUCT OF THE SAME, AND RIGID FLEXIBLE PRINTED WIRING BOARD

To provide a black photosensitive resin composition having excellent dispersibility and giving a cured coating film excellent in a concealing property, and to provide a black photosensitive resin composition having excellent low-temperature storage property and developability and a small optimal exposure light quantity and giving a cured coating film excellent in surface conditions, heat resistance and flexibility.SOLUTION: The black photosensitive resin composition in accordance with the present invention comprises a carboxyl group-containing resin having a bisphenol A structure, a thermosetting resin, a photosensitive monomer, a colorant and a photopolymerization initiator, in which the colorant comprises a red colorant, a blue colorant and a black colorant, and a compounding amount of the black colorant is 0.01 pts.mass or more and less than 1 pts.mass in terms of a solid content with respect to 100 pts.mass of the carboxyl group-containing resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】分散性および得られた硬化塗膜の隠蔽性に優れた黒色感光性樹脂組成物の提供。また、低温保存性および現像性に優れ、最適露光量が少なく、得られた硬化塗膜が、表面状態、耐熱性、柔軟性に優れた黒色感光性樹脂組成物の提供。【解決手段】本発明による黒色感光性樹脂組成物は、ビスフェノールＡ構造を有するカルボキシル基含有樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂、感光性モノマー、着色剤、および光重合開始剤を含み、前記着色剤が、赤色着色剤と青色着色剤と黒色着色剤とを含み、前記黒色着色剤の配合量が、固形分換算で、前記カルボキシル基含有樹脂１００質量部に対して、０．０１質量部以上１質量部未満であることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
