COLLECTION KIT AND COLLECTION METHOD

To solve a problem in which: a less experienced operator may cause excess or deficiency in an amount of a liquid sample to be collected in a culture bottle; a conventional collection kit has a risk that a user mixes air into the culture bottle.SOLUTION: A collection kit 10 comprises: a tube for connection 12 that is connectable with a medical bag storing a liquid sample; a first syringe 14 that stores a predetermined amount of a liquid sample from the medical bag; a second syringe 16 that stores a predetermined amount of the liquid sample from the medical bag; a holder for sampling 18 that is connectable with a culture bottle 90; and a four-way cock 20 that connects the tube for connection 12, the first syringe 14, the second syringe 16, and the holder for sampling 18 with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】培養ボトルに採取する液体試料の量に過不足を生じさせることがある。また、空気を混入させるリスクがある。上記した課題を解決する。【解決手段】採取キット１０は、液体試料を収容した医療用バッグが接続可能な接続用チューブ１２と、医療用バッグからの所定量の液体試料を収容する第１シリンジ１４と、医療用バッグからの所定量の液体試料を収容する第２シリンジ１６と、培養ボトル９０が接続可能なサンプリング用ホルダ１８と、接続用チューブ１２と、第１シリンジ１４と、第２シリンジ１６と、サンプリング用ホルダ１８とを接続する４方コック２０と、を備える。【選択図】図１
