COMPRESSION RESISTANCE TEST METHOD FOR HEAVY-DUTY PACKAGING BAG

To provide a compression resistance test method for a heavy-duty packaging bag capable of appropriately and simply evaluating compression resistance of a heavy-duty packaging bag.SOLUTION: A predetermined number of 3 or more stages of heavy-duty packaging bags 8 filled with contents and sealed, are stacked vertically on an upper surface 6 of a lower support base 5 with the flat upper surface 6; an upper horizontal plate 4 with a flat lower surface 7 is arranged above the stacked heavy-duty packaging bags 8; the upper horizontal plate 4 is pressed downward with a press machine 1, to apply a compressive load to the stacked heavy-duty packaging bags 8; and the magnitude of the compressive load at the time when the compressive load is applied until the heavy-duty packaging bags 8 break, or the presence or absence of breakage of the heavy-duty packaging bags 8 at the time when a predetermined compressive load is applied is inspected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】重包装用袋の圧縮耐性を適切かつ簡易に評価することが可能な重包装用袋の圧縮耐性試験方法を提供する。【解決手段】内容物を充填して封緘した状態の重包装用袋８を、平坦な上面６をもつ下部支持台５の上面６に、あらかじめ設定された３段以上の所定段数、上下方向に積み重ね、平坦な下面７をもつ上部水平板４を積み重ね状態の重包装用袋８の上側に配置し、その上部水平板４をプレス機１で下方に押圧することで、積み重ね状態の重包装用袋８に圧縮荷重を負荷し、重包装用袋８が破袋するまで圧縮荷重を負荷したときの圧縮荷重の大きさ、または、所定の圧縮荷重を負荷したときの重包装用袋８の破袋の有無を検査する。【選択図】図１
