Zusammenfassung:To provide a hydraulic system for boring capable of detecting a twist in a boring shaft.SOLUTION: A hydraulic system 1A for boring according to an embodiment is loaded on a boring machine having a boring shaft in a telescopic structure, including a hydraulic motor 4 to rotate the boring shaft, a directional control valve 3 connected to the hydraulic motor 4 through a pair of supply/exhaust lines 41, 42, and a hydraulic pump 2 connected to the directional control valve 3 through the discharge line 22. Further, the hydraulic system 1A includes a pressure sensor 81 measuring discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump 2, a rotational speed sensor 73 measuring rotational speed of the hydraulic motor 4, and a controller 6 electrically connected to the pressure sensor 81 and the rotational speed sensor 73. The controller 6 determines occurrence of a twist in the boring shaft 17 when the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump 2 measured with the pressure sensor 81 is larger than a first threshold and the rotational speed of the hydraulic motor 4 measured with the rotational speed sensor 73 is smaller than a second threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】掘削軸の捩れを検出することができる掘削用液圧システムを提供する。【解決手段】一実施形態に係る掘削用液圧システム1Aは、テレスコピック構造の掘削軸を有する掘削機に搭載されるものであり、掘削軸を回転させる液圧モータ4と、一対の給排ライン42,42により液圧モータ4と接続された方向切換弁3と、吐出ライン22により方向切換弁3と接続された液圧ポンプ2を含む。さらに、液圧システム1Aは、液圧ポンプ2の吐出圧力を計測する圧力センサ81と、液圧モータ4の回転数を計測する回転数センサ73と、圧力センサ81および回転数センサ73と電気的に接続された制御装置6を含む。制御装置6は、圧力センサ81で計測される液圧ポンプ2の吐出圧力が第1閾値よりも大きく、かつ、回転数センサ73で計測される液圧モータ4の回転数が第2閾値よりも小さいときに、掘削軸17に捩れが発生したと判定する。【選択図】図1
