Zusammenfassung: | To reduce the workload in installing various devices including a laser irradiator.SOLUTION: An immersion inspection device comprises: a laser irradiation unit that irradiates a bottom face of an air break switch with a laser; a photographing unit that performs photographing in the irradiation direction of the laser with the laser irradiation unit as a reference point; a learning model storage unit that stores a learning model that, by using a plurality of images of the air break switch photographed in the past, specifies the distances from the laser irradiation unit to the bottom faces of the air break switch in the plurality of images and the angles of irradiation with the laser from the laser irradiation unit to the bottom faces; a specification unit that inputs data indicating a newly photographed image of the air break switch to the learning model to specify the distance from the laser irradiation unit to the bottom face of the air break switch in the image and the angle of irradiation with the laser from the laser irradiation unit to the bottom face; a temperature detection unit that detects the temperature of the bottom face irradiated with the laser when the distance from the laser irradiation unit to the bottom face is specified to be a predetermined distance and the angle of irradiation with the laser from the laser irradiation unit to the bottom face is specified to be a predetermined angle; and an inspection unit that inspects whether the inside of the air break switch is immersed in water from a result of detection of the temperature of the bottom face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
