Zusammenfassung:To provide a magnetic memory capable of suppressing a power consumption.SOLUTION: A magnetic memory comprises a first magnetic member extended along a first direction. Both of first and second wirings are provided to a second end side of the first magnetic member, and is arranged so as to be separated from the first magnetic member, and is arranged so as to be extended along a second direction and is adjacent to a third direction. In the first and the second wirings, at least one first magnetic member is positioned between the first wiring and the second wiring in a plan view from the first direction. A second magnetic member is provided so as to be opposite to a first side surface of the first wiring, and contains a first part electrically connected to the first magnetic member existed in the first side surface side and a second part that is oppositely connected to the second side surface of the first wiring on the side opposite to the first side surface and is electrically connected to the other first magnetic member on the second side surface side. A control circuit flows a current to any one of the first wiring and the second wiring when writing data to the first magnetic member positioned between the first wiring and the second wiring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】消費電力を抑制することができる磁気メモリを提供する。【解決手段】磁気メモリは、第1方向に沿って延びる第1磁性部材を備える。第1および第2配線は、第1磁性部材の第2端部側に設けられかつ第1磁性部材から離間して配置され、第2方向に沿って延び第3方向に隣り合って配置されている。第1および第2配線は、第1方向から見た平面視において、第1配線と第2配線との間に少なくとも1つの第1磁性部材が位置する。第2磁性部材は、第1配線の第1側面に対向して設けられ、該第1側面側にある或る第1磁性部材に電気的に接続された第1部分、および、第1側面とは反対側にある第1配線の第2側面に対向して設けられ、該第2側面側にある他の第1磁性部材に電気的に接続された第2部分を含む。制御回路は、第1配線と第2配線との間に位置する第1磁性部材にデータを書き込むときに、第1および第2配線のいずれか一方に電流を流す。【選択図】図6
