Zusammenfassung:	To easily provide a large-sized molded product that contains a high-concentration fat and does not have a limited shape, such as powder and granule.SOLUTION: A molded product containing fat is obtained by drying a raw material solution containing water, fat, a film component, and a nanofiber component. A content ratio of the fat component in the molded product is 10-85 mass%. A water activity value of the molded product after molding is 0.6 Aw or less.
