Zusammenfassung:	To provide a toilet seat device capable of providing appropriate information for a user.SOLUTION: A toilet seat device in an embodiment is a toilet seat device that is placed on top of a toilet bowl formed with a bowl part for receiving excrement. The toilet seat device includes: a biological information detection unit that detects the biological information of a user; and a control unit that analyzes data output from the biological information detection unit and transmits information of estimation results based on the biological information to a display terminal.
