Zusammenfassung:To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, and an information processing program capable of providing an article desired by a user.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes an information processing device 10 and user terminals 100. The information processing device 10 acquires insurance information on an insurance bought by a user, from a server device and the like belonging to an insurance company providing the user with insurance services, and manages the insurance information in a storage unit of an own device together with information on the user. If an event to be compensated by the insurance bought by the user occurs, the information processing device 10 provides the user with prescribed compensation and sets consideration for the compensation in the insurance company.
