INTERVIEW SYSTEM

To provide an interview system configured to reduce the burden of an applicant, an interviewer and a recruiter.SOLUTION: An interview system 1 conducts an interview with an applicant in accordance with a request from a recruiter. A server 10 has a function of transmitting an interview request document to an applicant terminal T1, a function of displaying interview time/date candidates on the applicant terminal T1, a function of issuing a notification about an interview time/date to an interviewer terminal T2, a function of generating a video of an interview between the applicant and an interviewer, and a function of transmitting the video to the recruiter. A function of accepting an application includes accepting an application from an applicant via an external website. The interviewer terminal T2 has a function of receiving the interview time/data from the server 10, and a function of receiving a record of the interview with the applicant. The server 10 receives the record of the interview from the interviewer terminal T2. A function of the server 10 for transmitting the video to the recruiter includes transmitting the record of the interview together with the video to the recruiter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】応募者、面接官及び募集者の負荷を低減させることができる面接システムを提供する。【解決手段】一実施形態に係る面接システム１は、募集者からの依頼に応じて応募者との面接を行う面接システムであって、サーバ１０は、応募者用端末Ｔ１に面接依頼書面を送信する機能と、面接の候補日時を応募者用端末Ｔ１に表示する機能と、面接の日時を面接官用端末Ｔ２に通知する機能と、応募者及び面接官の面接の動画を生成する機能と、動画を募集者に送信する機能と、を有する。応募を受け付ける機能では、外部サイトを介して応募者による応募を受け付ける。面接官用端末Ｔ２は、サーバ１０から面接の日時を受信する機能と、応募者との面接の記録を受け付ける機能とを有する。サーバ１０は面接の記録を面接官用端末Ｔ２から受信し、サーバ１０の動画を募集者に送信する機能では、動画と共に面接の記録を募集者に送信する。【選択図】図１
