Zusammenfassung:To reduce errors when measuring a reinforcing steel.SOLUTION: An image measurement device (100) acquires an image of a small opening (21) of a columnar bar arrangement (200), receives the specification of a small opening region (301) including the small opening in the image from a user, calculates the three-dimensional coordinates of a plurality of feature points in the small opening region, calculates a small opening flat surface (302) on the basis of the three-dimensional coordinate, detects a small opening from a point group near the small opening flat surface, measures the columnar bar arrangement on the basis of the small opening, and outputs the result of the measurement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】鉄筋を計測する際の誤差を低減する。【解決手段】画像計測装置（１００）は、柱配筋（２００）の小口（２１）を撮影した画像を取得し、画像において小口を含む小口領域（３０１）の指定をユーザから受け付け、小口領域にある複数の特徴点の３次元座標を算出し、３次元座標に基づいて小口平面（３０２）を算出し、小口平面の近傍にある点群から小口を検出し、当該小口に基づいて、柱配筋を計測し、計測した結果を出力させる。【選択図】図１
