Zusammenfassung: | To provide a modeling material formulation capable of being used in additive manufacturing performed at a low work temeperature (e.g., less than 50°C), a method for manufacturing a shelled three-dimensional object, and the shelled three-dimensional object.SOLUTION: A modeling material formulation system suitable for use in 3D inkjet printing of a three-dimensional shelled object, is provided. The formulation system includes at least a first modeling material formulation and a second modeling material formulation. Each of the first modeling material formulation and the second modeling material formulation has a viscosity of 50 cPs or less at 35°C. The first modeling material formulation is characterized, when hardened, by a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of at least 60°C as measured according to ASTM D-648-06. The second modeling material formulation is characterized, when hardened, by an Izod impact resistance (IR) value of at least 40 J/m as measured according to ASTM D-256-06.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
