Zusammenfassung: | To provide a piezoelectric ultrasonic motor in which movement of a vibrator is less likely to be inhibited, and an optical member driving device, a camera device, and an electronic apparatus using the piezoelectric ultrasonic motor.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric ultrasonic motor 100 includes a columnar body 74, a driving shaft 71, and an FPC 72 on which a plurality of sheet-shaped piezoelectric elements 73a, 73b, 73c, and 73d are mounted. The columnar body 74 has two bottom portions 74e and 74f which are opposed to each other, and side surface portions 74a, 74b, 74c, and 74d surrounding an area between the two bottom portions 74e and 74f, and further has a through hole 74g penetrating between the two bottom portions 74e and 74f. The driving shaft 71 is inserted through the through hole 74g in the columnar body 74. The FPC 72 has an FPC main body portion 72a that is wound around the columnar body 74 with the plurality of piezoelectric elements 73a, 73b, 73c, and 73d being in contact with the side surface portions 74a, 74b, 74c, and 74d of the columnar body 74 so that a driving power can be supplied to the plurality of piezoelectric elements 73a, 73b, 73c, and 73d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】振動体の動きが阻害されにくい圧電超音波モータ、圧電超音波モータを利用した光学部材駆動装置、カメラ装置、及び電子機器を提供する。【解決手段】圧電超音波モータ100は、柱状体74と、駆動軸71と、複数のシート状の圧電素子73a、73b、73c及び73dを搭載したFPC72と、を有する。柱状体74は、対向する2つの底面部74e及び74fとこの2つの底面部74e、74f間の領域を囲む側面部74a、74b、74c及び74dを有し、2つの底面部74e及び74f間を貫く貫通孔74gを有する。駆動軸71は、柱状体74の貫通孔74gに挿通される。FPC72は、複数の圧電素子73a、73b、73c及び73dを柱状体74の側面部74a、74b、74c及び74dに接触させて柱状体74に巻かれるFPC本体部72aを有し、複数の圧電素子73a、73b、73c及び73dに駆動電力を供給することができる。【選択図】図5 |
