TENSIONER RELEASE TOOL

To provide a tensioner release tool capable of easily and conveniently performing a task to release tension of a chain tensioner T.SOLUTION: A tensioner release tool has: a support cylinder 18 which can be screwed in an operation hole 6a formed on a housing 6 of the chain tensioner T; a rotary shaft 19 rotatably fitted internally into the support cylinder 18; and a screw-driving unit 20 for screw-driving the rotary shaft 19. In an end part of the rotary shaft 19, an operation part 19A engageable so that it cannot relatively rotate to an operated part 16 of an operation body 8 which is rotatably housed in the housing 6 and in which the operated part 16 faces the operation hole 6a is formed, screw-driving of the operation body 8 is possible via the rotary shaft 19 where the operation part 8 is engaged with the operated part 16 by the screw-driving operation of the screw-driving unit 20 in the fitting state that the support cylinder 18 is screwed into the operation hole 6a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】チェーンテンショナＴの緊張を解く作業を、簡単で便利に行えるテンショナ解除具を提供する。【解決手段】チェーンテンショナＴのハウジング６に形成された操作孔６ａに螺合可能な支持筒１８と、支持筒１８に回動可能に内嵌される回動軸１９と、回動軸１９を回し操作するための回し部２０とを有し、回動軸１９の先端部に、ハウジング６に回動可能に収容されて操作孔６ａに被操作部１６が臨んでいる操作体８の被操作部１６に相対回動不能に係合可能な操作部１９Ａが形成され、支持筒１８を前記操作孔６ａに螺合させた装着状態での回し部２０の回し操作により、操作部８が前記被操作部１６に係合されている回動軸１９を介して操作体８の回し操作が可能に構成されている。【選択図】 図３
