To provide a sheet processor allowed to vertically receive a sheet in a preferred state with a space-saved and simple configuration.SOLUTION: A sheet processor 24 comprises a sheet receiving member 30 that has first and second receiving units 30B, 30A to accommodate sheets S and sheet displacing means 31 that is accommodated in the sheet receiving member 30. The first receiving unit 30A has a first and second wall portions 30Aa, 30Ab, and the second receiving unit 30B has a third wall portion 30Ba provided continuously with the first and second wall portions 30Aa, 30Ab. The second wall portion 30Ab and the third wall portion 30Ba are connected together through a bend portion 30C that is bent to broaden the accommodation space of the second receiving unit 30B as compared with the first receiving unit 30A.
