Zusammenfassung:To provide a building structure of an apartment complex capable of widening a usable space in a residential unit.SOLUTION: A building structure of an apartment complex includes a common corridor 20 and a residential unit 30 facing the common corridor 20. An equipment piping 100 of the apartment complex includes a main vertical piping 110 that penetrates a common equipment space 10 on each floor and extends from upper and lower floors, horizontal piping 120 connected to the main vertical piping 110 and provided below a corridor floor slab 22 of the common corridor 20, and residential unit piping 130 that connects the horizontal piping 120 and the residential unit 30. A meter box 200 is provided adjacent to the entrance of each residential unit 30.
