PROPERTY RETRIEVAL DEVICE AND METHOD THEREOF

To provide a property retrieval device which extracts an appropriate property even when a travel time to a property location is deviated from an actual travel time.SOLUTION: In a property retrieval system, a property retrieval device 200 receives a traffic condition including one spot and a desired travel time from a user device 100, and extracts a property that meets the condition from among a plurality of stored properties. The property retrieval device stores many pieces of traffic history information including an entry station and an entry time, and an exit station and an exit time, extracts traffic history information corresponding to a traffic route from the one spot to a property location from among the many pieces of traffic history information, calculates a high-precision travel time from the one spot to the location of the stored property by using the extracted traffic history information, and extracts a property that corresponds to the high-precision travel time within the desired travel time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】物件所在地までの移動時間は実際の移動時間は乖離していることがあり、適切な物件を抽出する物件検索装置を提供する。【解決手段】物件検索システムにおいて、ユーザ装置１００からの一の地点及び希望移動時間を含む交通条件を受け付けて、記憶する複数の物件から当該条件に合致する物件を抽出する物件検索装置２００は、入場駅及び入場時刻並びに出場駅及び出場時刻を含む交通履歴情報を多数記憶しており、多数の交通履歴情報から当該一の地点から物件所在地までの交通経路に対応する交通履歴情報を抽出し、当該抽出した交通履歴情報を用いて前記交通条件の一の地点から記憶する物件の所在地までの高精度移動時間を求め、希望移動時間内の高精度移動間である物件を抽出する。【選択図】図５
