To provide partition structure with form material used therein, in which damage to the end face of partitioning material is suppressed and which is therefore excellent in durability, and a construction method of partition structure.SOLUTION: Partition structure 10 of the present invention comprises: form material 11 which has a flat portion 11F and a plurality of ribs 12 which are arranged in one surface 11D of the flat portion 11F in a manner protruded from the one surface 11D and have cavities inside the ribs 12; partitioning material 20 which is placed in the one surface 11D of the flat portion 11F; and flame retardant material 30 filled in the ribs 12.
