Zusammenfassung: | To provide a CO2 separation device of an internal combustion engine which can efficiently desorb CO2 adsorbed to a CO2 adsorber, and can be flexibly adapted to a requirement, a constriction or the like of an installed exhaust system.SOLUTION: A CO2 separation device of an internal combustion engine comprises: a CO2 adsorber 7 having a plurality of adsorption passages 71 in which exhaust gases flow, and arranged with an adsorption material which can adsorb and desorb CO2 according to a temperature; and a heat exchanger 6 having a plurality of heat exchange passages 61 in which the exhaust gases flow, arranged in a state of being in contact with the CO2 adsorber 7, and heating the CO2 adsorber 7 by transmitting the heat of the exhaust gas to the CO2 adsorber 7 while depriving the heat when the exhaust gases flow in the heat exchange passages 61. Numbers of adsorption cells 72 and numbers of heat exchanger cells 62 per unit area of a cross section C are set so as to become prescribed numbers, and/or sizes of the adsorption cells 72 and sizes of the heat exchanger cells 62 at the cross section C are set so as to become prescribed sizes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】CO2吸着器に吸着したCO2を効率よく脱離させることができるとともに、設置される排気系の要求や制約などに柔軟に対応することができる内燃機関のCO2分離装置を提供する。【解決手段】排ガスが流れる複数の吸着用通路71を有し、その壁面に、温度に応じてCO2を吸着及び脱離可能な吸着材が設けられたCO2吸着器7と、排ガスが流れる複数の熱交換用通路61を有し、CO2吸着器7に接した状態に設けられ、熱交換用通路61に排ガスが流れる際に、排ガスの熱を奪いながらCO2吸着器7に伝えることにより、CO2吸着器7を加温する熱交換器6と、を備え、横断面Cにおける単位面積当たりの吸着用セル72及び熱交換用セル62の数がそれぞれ所定数になるように、及び/又は横断面Cにおける吸着用セル72及び熱交換用セル62のサイズがそれぞれ所定サイズになるように、設定される。【選択図】図2 |
