DISTRIBUTED DISTANCE METER AND MEASUREMENT METHOD FOR THE SAME

To provide a distributed distance meter that can measure distances from a reference core to surfaces to be measured in both directions easily and stably and accurately and efficiently.SOLUTION: A distributed distance meter comprises: a reference core sensor that measures and outputs a deviation distance in which a reference core is deviated from a central line of a capture area for capturing the reference core; and a pair of distance sensors that detect and output actual measured distances from the central line to surfaces to be measured, and the distributed distance meter corrects the actual measured distances with the deviation distance to output distributed distances. The pair of distance sensors include measuring bars that slidably expand and contract and are flat at ends brought into contact with the surfaces to be measured, and the ends are firmly adhered to the opposite surfaces to be measured to fix the pair of distance sensors to the surfaces to be measured. A base plate including the reference core sensor disposed at the center in a longitudinal direction, the pair of distance sensors extended in both directions, a control part, and a display part is fixed to a device support part, and the control part calculates the distributed distances and displays them on the display part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】 基準芯からその両方向の計測対象面までの距離を容易かつ安定して精度良く効率的に計測可能な振り分け距離計を提供する。【解決手段】 基準芯を捕捉する捕捉領域の中心線から基準芯が外れた乖離距離を計測して出力する基準芯センサと、中心線から計測対象面までの実測距離を検出して出力する一対の距離センサと、を備え、実測距離を乖離距離で補正することにより振り分け距離を出力する。一対の距離センサは、それぞれが摺動伸縮する計測バーを備え、計測対象面に接触するその端部が平坦であり、それら端部を対向する計測対象面にそれぞれ密着させて、一対の距離センサを計測対象面に固定する。長手方向の中心部に配設された基準芯センサと、その両方向に延設された一対の距離センサと、制御部と、表示部と、を備えたベースプレートが、装置支持部に固定され、制御部が、振り分け距離を算出して表示部に表示する。【選択図】図３
