To provide a paper container 95 which is provided with a top seal part 53 for sealing a top part 71 of the paper container 95 and in which the top seal part 53 is easily cut off when a user cuts the same off for taking a content out.SOLUTION: A front side blank plate 10b and a rear side blank plate 10a made of a laminated sheet 78 containing a paper base material layer 782 are assembled to compose the paper container 95.
