To provide a device for producing a nonaqueous electrolytic solution, which is capable of easily preparing a nonaqueous electrolytic solution in which the content of acidic impurities such as a hydrofluoric acid is effectively reduced.SOLUTION: A device for producing a nonaqueous electrolytic solution includes an ion exchange unit which accommodates a weak-base anionic ion exchange resin and which is for obtaining a nonaqueous electrolytic solution by passing therethrough an alkali metal salt electrolyte-containing solution which is alkali metal salt electrolytes dispersed in carbonic ester.
