Zusammenfassung:To solve the problem that since it is difficult to obtain, for a stainless steel-made heating instrument, a zirconia coating which is transparent leaving metallic glossiness of stainless steel and prevents thermal discoloration and burn sticking by baking at about 250°C, impurities need to be added and burning performance has to be sacrificed.SOLUTION: A coating liquid prepared by adding water to ammonium carbonate zirconate is laminated on a surface of stainless steel so that a ZrO2 amount is 100-500 mg per 1 m2, and then a coating can be obtained which has good adhesion even at a burning temperature of about 250°C and prevents a temper color and sticking. Impurities need not be added for burning acceleration. Further, a temper color can be prevented from being generated through a preliminary treatment in which the surface of the stainless steel is heated before coating to generate a temper color and the acid is used to remove it.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ステンレス製加熱器具においてステンレスの金属光沢を残す透明で、熱変色と焦げ付きを防止するジルコニアコーティングを250℃程度の焼き付けで得ることは困難であった。不純物を添加して、焦げ付き性能を犠牲にせざるを得なかった。【解決手段】炭酸ジルコニウムアンモニウムに水を加えた塗布液を、ステンレス表面にZrO2量が1m2あたり100~500mgになるように積層すると250℃程度の焼き付け温度でも、密着性がよく、テンパーカラーおよび焦げ付きを防止するコーティングを得ることができた。焼き付け促進のための不純物の添加は無用である。また、塗装の前にステンレス表面を加熱してテンパーカラーを発生させこれを酸で取り除く前処理をするとさらにテンパーカラーの発生を防止することができる。【選択図】なし
