Zusammenfassung: | To suppress proliferation of algae to suppress multiplication of bacteria in nutritious liquid.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation system 1 has: a cultivation vessel 21 which allows nutritious liquid 61 to pass and cultivates plants 3; a storage tank 43 storing the nutritious liquid 61; a first drainage channel 45 which is connected to the cultivation vessel 21, overflows the nutritious liquid 61 at a predetermined water level to drain the liquid from the cultivation vessel 21 to the storage tank 43; a second drainage channel 47 which is connected to the vicinity of a bottom part of the cultivation vessel 21, and drains the nutritious liquid 61 from the cultivation vessel 21; a drain valve 49 which opens/closes the second drainage channel 47; a sterilizer 53 which is provided at a water supply channel 55 of the nutritious liquid 61, and performs a sterilization treatment on the nutritious liquid 61 drained from the cultivation vessel 21; and a water supply channel 55 which supplies the nutritious liquid 61 on which sterilization treatment has been performed to the cultivation vessel 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
