Zusammenfassung:To provide an information processing apparatus for improving accuracy of depth estimation of an image captured by a camera.SOLUTION: In a depth estimation system including a vehicle and a server, the server is an information processing apparatus that learns a machine learning model for estimating the depth of an object in an image captured by a camera mounted on a vehicle, using at least two consecutive captured images in a moving image captured by the camera. The information processing apparatus is configured to: obtain a first image by removing, from the images captured by the camera, areas with little change between the captured images included in the moving image captured by the camera and learn the machine learning model using the first image; or obtain a first image by removing, from the images captured by the camera, the areas with little change between the captured images included in the moving image captured by the camera and estimate the depth for the first image by the machine learning model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】カメラの撮像画像の深度推定の精度を向上させる情報処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両とサーバとを含む深度推定システムにおいて、サーバは、車両に搭載されるカメラによる撮像画像内の物体の深度を推定する機械学習モデルを、カメラが撮影した動画内の少なくとも連続する2つの撮像画像を用いて学習する情報処理装置であって、カメラの撮像画像から、カメラが撮影した動画に含まれる撮像画像間で変化の少ない領域を除去して第1の画像を取得し、第1の画像を用いて、当該機械学習モデルの学習を行うか又はカメラの撮像画像から、カメラが撮影した動画に含まれる撮像画像間で変化の少ない領域を除去して第1の画像を取得し、第1の画像について、機械学習モデルによって深度の推定を行う。【選択図】図8
