To selectively switch stop states of a vehicle grounded in a roller.SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 includes: a vehicle body frame 2; a drive unit 3 disposed in the vehicle body frame that can move on a floor surface; a seat 4 disposed above the vehicle body frame for supporting the hip of a user; a lifting and lowering device 5 disposed between the vehicle body frame and the seat for lifting or lowering the seat between a low position and a high position; at least one first leg 24 extending downward from the seat, which is equipped with a roller 23 at the lower end; at least one second leg 27 extending downward from the seat, which is equipped with an abutting member 26 at the lower end, and can be displaced in a vertical direction; and at least one lever 34 connected to the second leg through a transmission mechanism.
