Zusammenfassung:To provide a method of stabilizing liquid movement in a 3D spheroid culture vessel.SOLUTION: The cell culture vessel comprises a container body, a support strut, and a stabilizing device. The container body defines a cell culture chamber enclosed between a bottom wall and a top wall. The support strut exists within the cell culture chamber and extends between the top and bottom walls. The stabilizing device covers the width and length of the cell culture chamber and has a strut engaging structure of a dimension that allows sliding engagement with the support strut so that the stabilizing device can move along the support strut when the liquid culture medium is stored within the cell culture chamber.
