Zusammenfassung: | To provide a stator of a rotary electric machine capable of suppressing resonance of the stator by making annular rigidity of a coil become uneven.SOLUTION: A stator 10 of a rotary electric machine MG is provided with: a cylindrical stator core 20 with an axial line CL as a center; a plurality of connection parts 36 arranged on one end face 20a side of the stator core 20 in the axial line CL direction and protruding to an outer side in the axial line CL direction than the one end face 20a at each position corresponding to a tooth part 24 of the stator core 20; and a coil 50 inserted in a slot 22 of the stator core 20 and coming into contact with each of the plurality of connection parts 36 by being bent in a circumferential direction of the stator core 20 on an outer side in the axial line CL direction than the one end face 20a. Three types of connection parts having different contact situations with the coil 50 are arranged in a circumferential direction, including a first connection part 36a, a second connection part 36b and a third connection part 36c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】コイルの円環剛性が不均一となるようにしてステータの共振を抑制できる回転電機のステータを提供する。【解決手段】軸線CLを中心とする筒状のステータコア20と、軸線CL方向におけるステータコア20の一端面20a側に配置され且つステータコア20の歯部24にそれぞれに対応した位置で一端面20aよりも軸線CL方向の外側に突出した複数の連結部36と、ステータコア20のスロット22に挿入され且つ一端面20aよりも軸線CL方向の外側においてステータコア20の周方向に曲げられて複数の連結部36にそれぞれ接触しているコイル50と、を備える、回転電機MGのステータ10であって、コイル50との接触状態が異なる3種類の第1連結部36a,第2連結部36b,第3連結部36cが周方向に配置された状態となっている。【選択図】図3 |
