INFRARED RAMAN MICROSCOPE

To provide an infrared Raman microscope that can easily compare a result of analysis of an infrared spectrum with a result of analysis of a Raman spectrum and display a desired infrared spectrum and Raman spectrum, and can easily compare the infrared spectrum with the Raman spectrum.SOLUTION: An infrared Raman microscope causes results of analysis of an infrared spectrum at measurement positions to be displayed as a map in an infrared map display area 551 as infrared data in association with points of the coordinates of the measurement positions. The infrared Raman microscope causes results of analysis of a Raman spectrum at the measurement positions to be displayed as a map in a Raman map display area 552 as Raman data in association with the points of the coordinates of the measurement positions.
