Zusammenfassung:	To provide an infrared Raman microscope and a method for processing data which can divert software when switching between infrared spectroscopic analysis and Raman spectroscopic analysis to perform.SOLUTION: An infrared spectrum display processing unit 134 performs processing of displaying an infrared spectrum obtained by an infrared spectroscopic analysis by a graph showing the relation between a wave number and an intensity. A data conversion processing unit 136 performs processing of converting a Raman spectrum obtained by a Raman spectroscopic analysis to a same-interval Raman spectrum on which a data point is plotted with wave numbers of the same interval. A Raman spectrum display processing unit 135 performs processing of displaying the same-interval Raman spectrum by a graph showing the relation between a wave number and an intensity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】赤外分光分析又はラマン分光分析を切り替えて行う際に、ソフトウェアを流用することができる赤外ラマン顕微鏡及びデータ処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】赤外スペクトル表示処理部１３４が、赤外分光分析により得られる赤外スペクトルを、波数と強度との関係を表すグラフで表示させる処理を行う。データ変換処理部１３６が、ラマン分光分析により得られるラマンスペクトルを、等間隔の波数でデータ点がプロットされた等間隔ラマンスペクトルに変換する処理を行う。ラマンスペクトル表示処理部１３５が、等間隔ラマンスペクトルを、波数と強度との関係を表すグラフで表示させる処理を行う。【選択図】図８
